Official Rules – KB Quarter Horses 2026 Training Giveaway
1. Sponsor

2. Eligibility
Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and their immediate family members are not eligible.
3. Promotion Period
The giveaway begins December 5, 2025 at 12:00 p.m. EST and ends January 1st, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. EST.
4. How to Enter (Two Methods)

Method 1 - KB Sticker Purchases
KB BRAND Stickers available for $103 each.
Every sticker sold counts for 2 entries into the sweepstakes drawing. We will need a valid mailing address with your purchase. These sticker sales help us fund these huge prizes!!
(Keep in mind, you can enter both ways to increase your entry count!)

Method 2 – Free Mail In Entry
Print your full name, complete mailing address, telephone number, and email address on a plain 3×5 card and mail it in a stamped envelope to:
KB Quarter Horses Giveaway Entry (Official Address will be given when requested)
Limit one (1) entry per envelope. All mail-in entries must be received by December 31st 2025.

5. Random Drawing
On or about January 1st, 2026, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing using random.org (http://random.org) from among all eligible entries received to select three (3) potential winners. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. If only 48 stickers/entries sell by Jan 1st, we will still draw but for 2nd & 3rd place only.
6. Prizes
• 1st Prize (1 winner): Three (3) full months of professional training + board in 2026
• 2nd Prize (1 winner): Two (2) full months of professional training + board in 2026
• 3rd Prize (1 winner): One pair of Medium Back-on-Track Therapeutic Quick Wraps + one KB Quarter Horses leather hat
Approximate retail values to be determined. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution or cash equivalent is allowed except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
7. Winner Notification & Verification
Potential winners will be notified by email and/or phone within three (3) days of the drawing and will be required to respond within five (5) days with any requested information. If a potential winner cannot be reached or fails to respond in time, an alternate winner may be selected.
8. Publicity
Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use winner’s name, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation.
9. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs its integrity. Entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final.
10. Release & Limitations of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Facebook and their respective affiliates from any liability arising from participation or acceptance/use of any prize.
11. Disputes
This promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA, without regard to conflict of law doctrines. All disputes shall be resolved individually, without resort to class action.
